The Margaret Home is a residential program that empowers pregnant and parenting mothers by supporting their physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs so that they can heal, grow, and thrive.
Our Program
Our residential program provides comprehensive services in a safe, welcoming environment. Our residents come from all walks of life, each one with her own challenges and goals. Together, we walk alongside them as they build a bright future for themselves and their families.
Residents create a self-directed action plan and receive additional resources to achieve their personal, educational, and professional goals.
There is no cost for women to reside at The Margaret Home. The maximum length of stay is 24 months from the date of admission so women and children can access long-term services and find the support they need.
Our Values
The Margaret Home embraces the following values in all we do:
- Dignity: We believe in the dignity and inherent worth of every soul.
- Encouragement: We come alongside and encourage one another in our journey together.
- Family: We act as a family, offering hospitality and community to any woman who invests in herself and her children.
- Integrity: We have the courage to face the truth and the future when we are honest with ourselves and others.
- Respect: Though we may have differences, we respect and accept one another.
- Love: We lovingly serve one another with compassion and empathy.
Residing at The Margaret Home is a mother’s conscious choice to invest in herself and her children’s lives. We’re committed to meeting their needs in a loving, respectful environment while empowering them to envision the next chapter of their lives.
